Terms of Service

By using the inviter application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the Application.

inviter is a mobile application that allows users to create digital invitations for special events such as weddings, engagements, birthdays, baby showers, graduations, and parties, manage guest lists, track RSVPs, and coordinate events.

You must register with a valid phone number to use the Application. You are responsible for the accuracy and currency of your account information. You are responsible for your account security and password confidentiality. Minors under 18 may use the application with parental or guardian consent.

By using the Application, you agree to: Comply with laws and regulations, respect others' rights, not share misleading or false information, not send spam or unwanted content, not compromise the application's security, not misuse the application for commercial purposes.

You are responsible for all content you upload. Materials that infringe copyright, obscene or inappropriate content, hate speech or discriminatory content, violent or threatening content, and unauthorized sharing of personal information are strictly prohibited.

In-app purchases are processed through the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android). Purchased credits are used to create events.

Refund Policy: • Unused credits: Full refund available within 14 days of purchase if the credit has not been linked to any event. • Used credits: No refund available once a credit is linked to an event (event creation, AI invitation, video creation, etc.). • Partial usage: If any credit from a bundle is used, the remaining credits are not eligible for refund. • Technical issues: If you cannot use your credit due to a technical problem, please contact our support team for evaluation.

Prices may change without prior notice.

The inviter application, logos, designs, and all content are protected by intellectual property rights. Copying, modifying, or distributing any part of the application is prohibited.

The Application is provided as is. No guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free service is provided. We are not liable for data loss or damage. We are not responsible for issues arising from third-party services.

Gift/Payment Information: Any gift or payment information you display on your event page (IBAN, bank account number, Zelle, Venmo, PayPal, etc.) is solely your responsibility. inviter does not process, hold, or facilitate any payments — it only displays the information you provide to your guests.

Accounts that violate the terms of service may be suspended or permanently closed without prior notice. In this case, no refunds are provided for unused credits.

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Important changes will be announced through in-app notifications or email. Continuing to use the application after changes means you accept the new terms.

These Terms of Service are subject to the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Disputes will be resolved in Istanbul courts and enforcement offices.
