Account Information: Phone number (required for registration), name (optional), profile photo (optional).
Event Data: Event information you create, guest lists and RSVP responses, uploaded photos and videos, location information (event address).
Technical Data: Device information (model, operating system), app usage statistics, push notification tokens.
2. How We Use Information
We use the information we collect to: Create and manage your account, create and share your event invitations, send notifications to your guests, improve app experience, resolve technical issues, fulfill our legal obligations.
3. Information Sharing
We do not share your personal data with third parties except: With your explicit consent, when required by law, with our service providers (cloud storage, payment processing). Our service providers process your data only on our behalf and comply with our privacy standards.
4. Data Security
We take the following measures to protect your data: Secure data transmission with SSL/TLS encryption, encrypted database storage, regular security audits, access control and authorization, secure cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
5. Data Retention Period
Account information: As long as your account is active. Event data: 12 months after event date (Premium) or 6 months (Standard). Photos and videos: Same period as event data. Account deletion: All data is permanently deleted within 30 days.
6. Your Rights
Under GDPR, you have the following rights: Right to access your data, right to request correction of data, right to request deletion of data, right to object to data processing, right to data portability. You can delete your account from within the app or contact us to exercise these rights.
7. Children's Privacy
inviter does not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you become aware that a child under 13 has shared data, please contact us.
8. Cookies and Tracking
We do not use cookies in our mobile application. However, we may collect anonymous analytics data to measure app performance. This data does not personally identify you.
9. Third Party Services
Our application may use the following third-party services: Apple Push Notification Service (notifications), RevenueCat (subscription management), Google Maps API (location services). These services have their own privacy policies.
10. Policy Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Important changes will be announced through in-app notifications or email. We indicate the date of change at the top of this page.
