In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"), your personal data may be processed by HeyInviter / Glowytics Tech Lab as the data controller within the scope explained below.

Personal data in the following categories is being processed:

• Contact Information: Email address, phone number
• Visual Data: Photos, video recordings
• Event Data: Event date, venue information, guest list
• Transaction Security Data: IP address, device information, session data
• Marketing Data: Notification preferences, app usage data

Your personal data is processed for the following purposes:

• Providing digital invitation creation and management services
• Sending invitations and reminder notifications to guests
• Tracking RSVPs
• Providing photo and video sharing features
• Providing memory film creation service
• Improving user experience
• Providing technical support services
• Fulfilling legal obligations
• Conducting information security processes

4. Legal Grounds for Processing

Your personal data is processed based on the following legal grounds specified in Articles 5 and 6 of KVKK:

• Direct relation to the establishment or performance of a contract
• Fulfillment of the data controller's legal obligation
• Legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that fundamental rights and freedoms are not harmed

5. Transfer of Personal Data

Your personal data may be transferred to the following parties for the realization of the purposes stated above:

• Cloud Service Providers: For data storage and backup
• Notification Service Providers: For push notifications and SMS (Firebase, Twilio)
• Payment Service Providers: For subscription transactions (Apple, Google)
• Analytics Service Providers: For app performance analysis
• Authorized Public Institutions: Within legal requirements

6. International Data Transfer

Your personal data may be transferred to servers abroad for the provision of our services. These transfers are carried out within the scope of Article 9 of KVKK, to countries that provide adequate protection or with your explicit consent.

8. Data Retention Period

Your personal data is retained for as long as required by the processing purposes and within legal retention periods. If you delete your account, your data will be deleted from our systems within a reasonable period.

9. Your Rights Under KVKK

You have the following rights under Article 11 of KVKK:

• To learn whether your personal data is processed
• To request information about processed personal data
• To learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used appropriately
• To know the third parties to whom personal data is transferred domestically or abroad
• To request correction if personal data is incomplete or incorrect
• To request deletion or destruction of personal data within the framework of Article 7
• To request notification of correction, deletion, or destruction to third parties
• To object to results against you through automated analysis
• To claim compensation for damages due to unlawful processing

11. Application Evaluation Process

Your applications will be concluded free of charge within the shortest time and at the latest within 30 (thirty) days depending on the nature of your request. If the process requires additional cost, the fee determined by the Personal Data Protection Board may be charged.
